      First, we save our tiny mussels, which come to our country from the Pacific Ocean and whose metal content is close to zero, one by one. Then we invest in our own marination and process it with a minimum amount of cold and filtered smoked in oak wood sawdust, which is a natural preservative. One of the flavors we pioneered in Turkey!

  •      Suitable for cold consumption. You can use it in the form of cold cuts, open - finish. If you wish, you can consume it directly with Ayvalık Geographical Region banderol olive oil. You can use it in your salad, sandwich, pizza, pasta. Preferably, you can mix it with red onion and dill. It is not suitable for heat treatment, entering the oven, being thrown on the grill, or roasted in a pan.

       After the product reaches you, it can stay in a normal refrigerator (0-4 degrees) for about 4-5 months without opening the lid. After opening the cap, it is recommended to be consumed within 7 days.
