  • DESCRIPTION: SPECIAL PRODUCT! We clean the fresh and local octopuses we collect from the Aegean Sea, boil them and then heat them with oak wood chips, which is a natural preservative, at the appropriate temperature and amount with our cold-filtered smoking method.

    It is suitable for cold consumption. You can use it in your salad, pasta, pizza or sandwich. We recommend cutting with the oblique cut method. Preferably soy sauce and olive oil can be a good accompaniment. You can consume it as cold cuts, open and finish.
